Healing Canvas Art Exhibition at PolyU HK

The PolyU art therapy workshop and exhibition is an educational initiative of the Ah Ha Art Learning Hub, designed as a sanctuary from the emotional dysregulation and relentless over stimulation of modern city life. It offers  audiences a restorative space to regain psychological balance, cultivate inner peace, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
